Student Rights and Responsibilities
The purpose of Student Rights and Responsibilities is to provide students with the support they need when facing barriers in their academic career. Students are expected to act with integrity, take responsibility for their behavior, and respect the learning environment for themselves and their peers within the college community.
Student Rights and Responsibilities offers services that guide students through conduct procedures, as well as providing confidential problem-solving resources. This ensures that students can address concerns and resolve conflicts constructively.
The Office of Student Conduct provides oversight of the student disciplinary process and is a resource for college employees on student-related matters.
Additionally, the College’s Ombuds Services are available to assist with any student-related issues, large or small. The Ombuds team provides guidance and helps individuals explore options, offering support to navigate challenges and develop solutions tailored to specific situations.
