Spanish Concentration

Program Learning Outcomes

  1. The student will apply the appropriate uses of accents and grammatical structures in the Spanish language in written form.
  2. The student will demonstrate effective Oral communication skills in Spanish by presenting and discussing information, concepts, and ideas.
  3. The student will be able to describe three characteristics of Spanish and Latin American cultures such as traditions, language, food and religion.
  4. The student will be able to describe interrelationships between art and culture.
  5. The student will be able to produce Spanish written texts analyzing cultural topics, including literature.
